Best places to list our App? - non-profit seek advise

Hello,
I work for the American Cancer SOciety and we are releasing a free Pocket PC app called C-Tools 2.0 that will help doctors prevent, diagnose and treat cancer in all it's many forms. We are going to use cancer.org/c-tools to distribute it but where else should I list this app? Since it's free I can't pay too much to have it listed any suggestions? Handago? Palmgear? Who else?

www.pocketpcfreewares.com is the best place for freeware applications i found so far.
