I have the Axim X50. After trying to install a game, the ARM version, which I now realize was a bad idea, my unit froze. I tried a soft reset, hard reset and both my buttons and screen are locked up. Do I just remove the battery and let it sit overnight to drain the back up battery, or is there somthing else I need to do?

Why not remove the backup battery? And why was installing the ARM version a bad idea? - It's the correct version.

My sentiments exactly. Even trying to install the wrong processor version doesn't work; it's just not allowed. It's a nice built-in feature. Something else must have gone wrong. How about a little detail as to what happened when you installed the program and what happened immediately thereafter sejenk.

Problem solved then... :rotfl: Better that then having to wipe everything. Lucky you caught that.
