Is there a way to, through activesync, syncronize my inbox and email?
I'm a n00b when it comes to this stuff (outgoing, incoming hosts, etc.)

Go to the Settings link in Gmail and then select Forwarding and POP. Enable POP access on your Gmail mailbox and then click the link for Configuration Instructions, and then select Other for a list of port numbers, etc. I've never set it up for Pocket Outlook, but I did configure WebISMail to download my Gmail content through ActiveSync...

The first time you sync you will get a message about an invalid certificate or something. Just say yes and you wont see it again.

To do this, you'd have to set up your Gmail account in OUtlook, download the emails there and then have them sync to the Poclet PC.
