Called psShutXP. Fantastic. And what their page (http://ppcsoft.narod.ru/english/) can't show you is the neat greying effect on the screen, a la XP itself.

Skinnable and they have some good ones for VGA devices already.

Oh, and free.

Isn't this the same program as Peppe's Restart...??? I have been using it for a couple of years now.

I love that app! I got it when I saw it a little while ago.
Changing skins (and making) is very easy.
I have a mac-themed (ironically, i hate mac :) ) pocket pc, and this really helped!
