Avantgo

I have not been able to get my Avantgo to work properly. I have the Axim X50. I have an old account with Avantgo that I used for my Palm m515, which I'm trying to now get to synch with my Dell. Whenever I try to access Avantgo on my Dell it just takes me to the default getting started page for Avantgo. Any suggestions?

Activesync by default isn't enabled to sync Avantgo. To enable this, connect your Axim and wait for it to finish syncing. Then click the options button. Lastly put a check by avantgo and click ok.

If you have it already enabled, make sure its set up to sync your account. Go to the options window in Activesync on your PC (like before) and select Avantgo. Then click settings. Lastly enter your Avantgo username and password and click ok.

I've found that syncing Avantgo works best if you go into the "Connections" menu of your Pocket PC and input your account information and password in there. Then enable syncing of it in ActiveSync. It should work fine that way.
