Best Map Program

Is there a mapping program like Pocket Streets that will display a larger area than Pocket Streets does? Ideally, I would like something like Mapquest on my Pocket PC everywhere I go, but I'd settle for a statewide map. I do not have GPS, so compatabillity with that is not an issue.

I don't know if this what you're looking for, but I use Mapopolis. Good, up-to-date maps (more up-to-date than the MapPoint stuff I looked at last year, and more up-to-date than the Delorme Street Atlas 2004 Handheld edition I tried).
