Setup the email in pocket pc 2002 Hp ipaq 5400 series

i got the probelm to setup the email access acount through the hotmail and pop3 account in the pocket pc 2002. Does anyone know how to setup?

1.) Are you trying to download e-mail directly from Hotmail?
2.) Are the Pop accounts different than the Hotmail accounts?
