<a href="http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?ContentId=3829">http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?ContentId=3829</a><br /><br /><i>"Belkin has announced a new SnapNType Mini Keyboard for Dell Axim X30/X3i handhelds. The Keyboard is currently available in North America. Te SnapNType snaps into place on the bottom of Dell Axim handhelds, allowing users to enter data virtually anywhere. With a flexible, compact design, there is need to find a flat surface for typing. It positions perfectly for thumb-typing, and its light and compact design allows you to put it in your pocket and take it anywhere you go."</i><br /><br />Oddly enough, I can't find this press release on Belkin's site and I don't see it online for ordering anywhere.

The price for this item on Dell's website was something like $19.99. When I bought mine. This is my first "thumbboard" and I'm still getting used to it but it's nice for the price.

The press release was sent out on 22 Dec. The product code is F8D0501ea, but it's not listed on their site yet.

Darius,
Thank you for the link. It only took one look at the picture with the keyboard attached to the Axim to confirm the fact that this one is a monster! I think I will stick with FITALY (http://www.handango.com/ampp/store/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=311&amp;platformId=2&amp;productType=2&amp;productId=20746&amp;sectionId=0&amp;catalog=30&amp;topSectionId=-1)!

With a flexible, compact design, there is need to find a flat surface for typing.

There is NO need, that is. BTW, the StowAway BT keyboards can perfectly be used in one's lap as well - they don't need flat surfaces either. I think they're a better choice than this thumbboard costing 40 US$... of course, the instant availability of the thubboard is a big pro, while you need to wait some 15-20 secs with the SA BT keyboard before starting to type.

The keyboard really isn't as big as pictures make it look. Its really a good size to fit in your hand.

Visit the link to Dell that I posted earlier. There's a picture on that page. You can click the "Larger Image" link if you want a closer look.
