they advertise, 600, no shipping, including 25 usb host cable and extra battery35 dollars retail value, when in fact it comes with it standard for the unit, its not EXTRA. 600 without shipping, thats like 615 or more, www.newegg.com is selling it for 591 with shipping....a 25 bucks difference....

I dont appreciate this kind of advertising, IMO.

That was probably due to change, as first units last year didn't have extra battery.
They don't have to be better in price, although it would be nice.

Real issue, I feel, was the mis-information given about overclocking burning out a circuit in your 730w motherboard, which is responsible for auto-stepping and thus disabling your "automatic power-saving feature"...
This is totally false, overclocking is not a cause, or a problem.

This mis-information probably started from an unrelated incident which they used as an explanation, for lack of info from Asus.
Problem is that no one has "cleared the air" over the issue.
