Are there any free Weather Plugins

Are there any free weather plugins for the today screen? And if not what's the best one out there?

I can highly recommend Marsware's WeatherPanel (http://www.marsware.net/WeatherPanel/main.htm). Of all the Today screen weather plugins out there, it is IMHO the best, regularly updated and with a good range of icons available, and now themable too. It will display scrollable weather/radar maps (you supply the URLs) and is otherwise highly configurable...

I have tried Journal Bar (had many problems, not to say of course that you will as well), Stocks & Weather Today (just didn't like it, but it did the job) and SBSH's PocketWeather. This last one is to watch out for, as SBSH's support and development of their products is second to none.

There is no free weather plugin, with the demise of the original Today Plus, that comes even close to the commercial versions...

You will not regret paying for WeatherPanel thought if you need the weather as much as I do.

ADB Weather Plus has a lot of good features, but you have to remember to manually update it. I haven't checked it for accuracy, but I like the way it presents the data http://www.happyjackroad.net/pocketpc/weatherPlus/weather.asp

If it doesn't have to be a today plugin, you can get The Weather Channel on Avantgo.

In terms of free ones, there's Weather To Go but it only works for the US region.

Otherwise, there's PocketWeather, WeatherPanel, S&WT, Journal Bar, as Jereboam has already mentioned. Some new ones may be released soon.

I would ask you to try infuzer.com and allow your today screen to post your daily appointments. It updates daily with weather reports from the zip code or zip codes that you request.

Small issue (i just posted about). You occassionally get duplicate postings and have to delete it out but hey, it's free.
