Razor Phone and HP5555, Bluetooth config.

I need help. I just purchased the new Razor V3 Cell Phone (Bluetooth) from Cingular. I have a hp5555, I need to know how to conect to the internet through the phone via Bluetooth. I am at a dead end and need help. I have establish a pairing with the phone and the ipaq that is working perfectly fine. HOW DO I SET UPTHE MODEMN TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!
