I need the ability to operate seperate email addresses, both sending to and from them on the PPC. And I also need all sent mail to be kept and sync'd too.

Sounds like a simple thing to me, but i hear active sync wont do more than one exchange account (which i can understand), but what is driving me nuts, is that i also hear you cant save sent items to an IMAP server.

please help :)

Only one account can sync via ActiveSync. However you might like to give Webis Mail a try. It can link to multiple IMAP accounts and if you leave on the server you can sync your PPC and Desktop via the IMAP server.

See http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=35741&highlight= as Handango were giving it away for free - don't know if they still are.

Good luck

But how will it keep the sent items back on the server? I cannot seem to get this to work.

I don't use it myself - but I assume it can be achieved from the server options menu (click and hold on the root server name on the folders page and select "Server Folders" from the menu).

Hope that helps.

I've been using WebIS Mail for a couple of months now and it's worked quite well. So far it has given me everything I've needed in an IMAP mail client.

See http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=35741&highlight= as Handango were giving it away for free - don't know if they still are.
Nope, it's a different application (https://www.handango.com/gopassAccount.jsp?siteId=1&platformId=2&sitekey=freeapp) this week. (you'll need to sign up or login to see the page)

(click and hold on the root server name on the folders page and select "Server Folders" from the menu).
That's exactly it. From there you can select which folders are synchronized with the server.
