Have you seen those skin cases for ipods etc (http://www.the-gadgeteer.com/speckproducts-ipod-skin-review.html)?

I would like to make one myself as I have a mitac mio 338, which is not a very well known pda. It would also be a fun project.

I was wondering what type of moulding rubber I should use. I think that soft plasticine-like sheets which air dry into rubbery material would be best. The only thing is, I know nothing about this material (I am aware it is used in special effects for movies). Any ideas?

Thanks,
Mike

They have that rubber you can coat the tops of your keys with... I don't know exactley if thats a good idea to use that, maybe if oyu made a cast or a mold of your ppc, then molded the rubber onto that, cut out the buttons, etc, por something.. just an idea
