I have never done anything with fonts but now that I have a VGA screen (4700) I am wondering what people think the best, cleanest VGA fonts are.
And how would I install fonts?

Well, I've been using Tahoma on the Desktop for a very long time now. I like Verdana as well (desktop), but haven't changed my default PPC fonts...

Of all the fonts, I still find Tahoma the easiest on the eyes... (I was never a Wingdings fan :P)
If you're looking to install fonts, copy them over to \Windows\Fonts. Alternatively, you can leave them on a storage card and use a utility such as FontOnStorage.

If you're looking for a nice serif font, copy Georgia over. The down side is that fonts take up a relatively large amount of RAM, so you don't want to go crazy. ;)
