Utter silence from Decuma and PocketGear

I recently experienced problems using Decuma OnSpot on my Imate. The thread is here:

I have mailed PocketGear support (i got this from here and they gave me a support link in case of any issues with the application).

I also mailed Decuma directly but no word from either.

I don't want my 20 $$ to die... help! :(

Have you tried calling (http://www.decuma.com/pages/contact.html) them? You probably would get a snappier response, plus there may be some response lag in emails since there's been a shift in company management recently.
