I'm proud to announce that my Black&White skin suite (http://www.kolumbus.fi/anders.ruohio/black&white.html) now supports VGA.

All parts of the suite has been updated.
If you bought it from handango (http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&jid=E9XF2XE131F8B3135282EEXE4E497X9B&catalog=0&sectionId=0&productType=2&platformId=2&productId=144317) you can download the upgrade from there (for free, of course). Handango isn't the fastest to update products so wait until the version says "2.0" before getting it.
If you bought it from my skin site then you should already have gotten an email asking if you want the VGA upgrade or not. Remember, there is only one person handling this part (God bless my wife :) ) so allow her some time to process the requests. :)
