Which Windows operating system for Ipaq 3635?

I have an older very early Ipaq 3635 which serves me well, I think it is currently running Windows CE 2002. Will this PDA run Windows Mobile 2003 [SE]? If so, is there any benefit in upgrading it to that operating system?

The 3635 will not run WM 2003 or 2003SE. There isn't an upgrade package for it.
