Bluetooth wireless expansion pack help needed

I just bought a bluetooth expansion pack w/ cf slot, didnt come with box or instructions for my ipaq 39xx. Can anyone tell me how to turn on the bluetooth i want to send sum pics from my phone to the ppc.
