I was listening to a voice mail via the Speaker Phone option and in the middle of the message, the speaker makes this weird garbled noise, and then goes silent. At first I thought it was the message was screwed up on the voice mail service, but after a quick check with Media Player, the speaker on the back no longer produces any sound. Checked the volume settings, they're OK. Did a soft reset - no change. Did a hard-reset, no change. T-Mobile's had no answers.
Anyone have this same problem? If so, how'd you fix it? Thanks in advance.
