Yes, I use WiFiFoFum and sometimes WiFi Graph. I think there's another one that I don't have, but I can't think of the name right now.

totally off the subject, how do you guys like your 4705s? I am coming from a Sony Clie ux-50 palm, so this is a big adjustment for me. Anything i should do immediately after getting it (software, hardware) besides memory cards (got sd 1 gig, and cf 2 gig already). only 4 more days!

I love mine, all except for the sound problem (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=33784). First thing to do? I would really recommend you get a good screen protector. I had mine for a few weeks without one, but I'm glad I bought them. I went with the protectors from PocketPCTechs. (http://www.pocketpctechs.com/ws.asp)

By and large ministumbler doesn't work with any of the built in WIFI on any of the Pocket PC out there. I thought I read a few exceptions but for the most part its just a blanket fact.

Directly at the download page of ministimbler it says:
MiniStumbler 0.4.0 now works on most (but not all) Hermes, Prism and Atmel chipsets, including some CF and SDIO cards.

So look for internal, CF, or SD cards that use those chipsets.

Also use http://www.netstumbler.org Prob one one the best places to get your questions answered on NS.

*sighs* X-Mas eve I wait no more. Its maddening. Since mom isn't exactly a wiz when it comes to finding the best deals on the net she cuts me a check for the PDA. I purchase it online, gets delivered at work, and being the good son I drop it off at her house and put it under the tree (Since she told me that I was NOT to open it.)

AGGGHH. I'm an adult damn it! I shouldn't feel like a 8 year old jumping around like an idiot waiting for X-Mas. :D At any rate I've been stroking my new 1GB SD card to keep me content until the 24th. :) That and I have a nice folder sitting on the desktop called PPC software waiting for the device.
The thing I'm most stoked about is this:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/pocketpc/picoweb.html

I have a home brewed website I'm going to serve from my Pocket PC. If someone wants to view my home photos all I have to do is drop it on the WIFI network and have them point to my IP. :)

DUDE!

No joke, everything you wrote is what I am doing/did/will do. One exception, my girlfriend bought it for me, but i still can't touch it. Got a web site that i'm planning on adding content from and a 1gig sd card thats keeping me company as i wait.

AND a folder with an s-load of software just waiting called PPC DL's!!!!

WiFi Graph works with the 4700? I tried it before and it kept on hanging my hx4700. How did u get it to work?

Hmm...I don't use it much, but it's always worked for me. It took about 5 seconds to display the graphs when I launched the program, but afaict it's working correctly.
