Using a H6315 in different countries

Folks,

I am using my H6315 in different countries.
However when i am in the US and dial a number in Ecuador (example) I dialed the contact number as entered in pocket outlook
+5932 2xxx-xxx
However, when I am in Ecuador i need to dial the same number as:
02 2xxx-xxx

Is there any way of configuring the Ipaq to dial the number differently based on the time zone?
