what do u think of replacing ipaq 2210 with a pocketpc phone addition?

i am currently an ipaq 2210 user and i love it. i don't know what makes me think of combining my phone and 2210. i can't stop thinking it. i read bad reviews about 6315. is there any good ppc phone that can replace my 2210, or should i wait for compaq to bring out a new one much better than 6300 series. what do you think and what would you do. isn't it a good idea to carry only one item in your pocket.

I don't think HP would come out with a new phone + PDA combo in the near (2-4 months) future. The 6340 (which, IMHO, isn't THAT bad - I would certainly buy it if I weren't a hardcore PDA geek) is too young - HP definitely doesn't want to kill its sales with a new model.

nop. id worry about battery life.
prefer 2 devices anyway. my phone doesn't crash. I don't worry about scratching my phone. etc.
PDAs are getting bigger again... wierd cycle. 0X

yea strange. ppc s are getting bigger again. what i want is a small, light, thin, pocket pc which can be used as a mobile phone and which is fast. it should have specs like 4700 series and it should be a phone like my sony ericcsson t 630.

well, the only one stregth of the hx4700 (apart from the 624 MHz and the 128M ROM, but some other models also have these) is the VGA screen... why the hx4700, then? Why not the Pocket Loox 720, which has tons of other functionality too (USB host, CIR, jog dial, 128M RAM, camera etc?)
