Okay, so most of you have probably already seen this, but I searched the forums and couldn't find any mention of it. I just found it yesterday and I think it's hilarious.

Post your score here. I got 38 percent which equals Major Geek. I'm really curious to see how the rest of you do.

Only 26 - Total Geek

(And that was with all those extra points for being a Geek Chick!)

12.42% -- Geekish Tendancies. Odd--I would have thought that naming pets after scientists and scifi characters would count for more.

I think you qualify as a geek if you go through all the questions, regardless of how many you answer.

17% Total Geek.

Errr, I mean, 17.357% Total Geek.

I'm happy it's not any more than that.

You guys who top 50% -- wow. I simply don't know what to say or think! :-)

I missed the 2,000,000th visitor by fewer than 500. Wonder what the prize would've been....

Eh, only 17% (the fact that I rounded the answer probably attests to my non-geekiness). My family members are challenging the results, though.

Did you give yourself an extra point at the bottom for each eVest product you own? I think those would be valid points...

And as for the rounding, maybe you just prefer integer math. ;)

Hmm. If I were slightly more geeky, I'd be the answer to the Ultimate Question.

I think an accurate reflection of geekiness would be to allocate one point per pocket in each vest you own. That oughta put you right up there.

Ah, but you're already the first prime number in a long series of quadric primes starting at 41 and ending with the 41st number in sequence, 41 x 41 = 1681.

Sure - I could take it again and check off all of the "Magic the Gathering" questions... 8O

I honestly don't understand how that's geeky. D&D I can see, but the whole card game thing? I don't get it.

Perhaps, but I can't claim mathematical acumen on this count, just phenomenal memory. The 41 prime number sequence was mentioned in the novel "Rama II" by Arthur C. Clarke. If I recall correctly, it was told to Michael O'Toole on his 41st birthday, and later on became part of his activation code for Trinity.

Brought to you by Adama's House of Nearly Useless Trivia. And I think I'll shut my mouth now, before I build my score any higher.

Yeah, it was a long test, but you have to admit that some of those questions were great. My favorites:

"I know that Bill Gates is both God and Satan."
"I know that the answer is 42"
"I have a computer at home with the cover removed."

..........yes, I checked all three.

Me too! :) Seems I started a trend in my family - a few years after I married my wife, my Dad met someone online and then married her. :)

By the way, I'm not sure if we should add or subtract points due to your part man, part cat physique. ;)
