My Dell Axim X5 keeps hard resetting

My Dell Axim X5 keeps hard resetting. It did it twice yesturday. Does anyone know why this would be happening? It can't be software related becasue all I installed was Morphgear. It happened out of no one while I was using.

It has the Dell Axim 2003 uprgrade but that have been on their for a while. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what I can do? I have even been thinking about dropping it down to Pocket PC 2002 but I'm not sure if this is a softare or hardware flaw. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Could it be hardware-related? Touchy connection with the battery, etc? Or dead backup battery and the main battery drained?

It doesn't appear to be a loose battery connection. We never take the battery out. But I checked it and it seems to be clean (of couse I am not an electrician). The backup battery reads at 60% so it should be able to save the information.

Does this happen only while its using the battery, or does it hard reset when connected to AC as well?
