As a gift, they are happy to present Spb Time users with a new set of Christmas skins to celebrate the festive season. Grab your goodies <a href="http://spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/time/skins.html">here</a>. :)

I've been using that "Merry Christmas" skin for the last couple weeks. Ah, but they've added some new skins since I last checked. :) May have to change it.

It'd be much nicer to offer the app for free till the year end :D.

It would attract a lot of sympathy and draw thousands to their site :).

The Xmas3 skin and the Xmas skin are very very nice, the best ones IMO, thanks Spb! :D

Oh please, don't say that, it'll hurt those who already payed a fair price for this nice app, me included...

It would attract a lot of sympathy and draw thousands to their site :).

I don't think they need that, but maybe only a bit less of "all for free" guys. :devilboy:

IMHO Spb House is one of the best developers for WM, just look at Pocket Plus and Full Screen Keyboard, simple and powerful, taking care of customer's needs and wants, not to talk about other great apps, thanks and Merry Christmas. :)

I really like the Dali theme. Is that a new one?

Or you could just buy their applications and support Pocket PC development...no, wait, you believe the OQO is the ultimate device, so what do you care about Pocket PC software? :?

I couldn't care less... if I didn't have a PPC :D (if you read the text on my avatar you'll learn I have a Dell Axim X5).

But I don't know if you've noticed recently but Pocket Plus is NOT in the top 10 list anymore... neither is it in the top 20 (unless it's changed back recently).

So they need every good idea they can to get exposures... and more sales again...

OTOH there are only 2 reasons I don't have an OQO... yet; and the second is because I live in Europe and they don't sell outside the US; I'm not even sure they even sell to CDN !!

What list?

But I don't know if you've noticed recently but Pocket Plus is NOT in the top 10 list anymore... neither is it in the top 20 (unless it's changed back recently). It's number 6. 8O And it only dropped because Handango changed how it determined the top sellers...it's no longer done per-sale, but rather per-dollar.

Sales are not a problem with Spb. Head over to Handango and you will see they are still #6 (as OSUKid7 has mentioned).

If Company X has 100 sales of a $1 product, while Company Y has 20 sales of a $20 product, Company Y will be ahead in the rankings since Handango have supposedly modified their ranking system to focus more on revenue as opposed to sales.

Well using complex math I would say that #6 is still in the top 10.

I could be wrong though

Exactly! Being in the top 10 is a milestone to say the least.

So they need every good idea they can to get exposures... and more sales again...

I think they're doing just fine at the moment. ;)

First I said " (unless it's changed back recently)."

Second if you "head over to Handango" as Darius Wey says and click this link: All titles by All Best Selling Windows Mobile™ Pocket PC (http://www.handango.com/PlatformTopSoftware.jsp?siteId=1&amp;osId=668&amp;jid=1FDFBEXF73347EE636XB5CA44XD562D3&amp;platformId=2&amp;sectionId=0&amp;topSectionId=0&amp;productType=2&amp;topOption=3&amp;title=All+Best+Selling+Windows+Mobile%26%23153%3B+Pocket+PC) you'll find SPB Pocket Plus nowhere.

Now I just checked the list from PPCT and I'm amazed to see it's in the 6th position. Why is it different between PPCT and Handango? On this site it doesn't say "Pocket PC Thoughts best sales list" or the like it says "Top Pocket PC software".

All in all most Handango visitors and possibly visitors of most or many sites with software shops powered by them would neither see that program in the top 10 nor the top 20 lists.

Not according to this (http://www.handango.com/PlatformTopSoftware.jsp?siteId=1&amp;platformId=2&amp;sectionId=0&amp;topSectionId=0&amp;productType=2&amp;topOption=3&amp;title=All+Best+Selling+Windows+Mobile%26%23153%3B+Pocket+PC) link... :?

Our Top 10 list is correct - according to the URL you were using, you had it hard-coded to only show Axim X5 software. For some unknown reason, Spb Software has Pocket Plus as not being compatible with the X5, hence in your Handango view it was being parsed out.
