Since I installed Pocket Hackmaster 2004 (latest version), my iPaq 2210 kept freezing up. I don't experience this with XCPUScalar. Any suggestions? i really don't want to give up on PocketHackmaster because I won a serial for it.

What settings are you using... I hear this from a few people... but I have not had any issues with PHM2004... at least not yet. I ran the gambit of tests and settled on 7 settings...

236.118.059 SI 154
332.133.066 SI 193
398.100.100 SI 229
398.133.133 SI 267
597.100.199 SI 300
472.118.236 SI 338
531.133.265 SI 381

I also have several applications set to specific speeds so that it does not need to ramp up. Works great as far as I can tell... except I am not sure if the application actually throttles back on the voltage... Seems that my battery is not lasting any longer as I would expect from the lower cpu utilization...

I just used a few settings, 200, 300, 400, 531, something like that. All of them tested ok anyway. Guess there's really a problem

I don't know... however... if your device tested well through all the settings... why don't you try the ones I am using and see how it works for you... Notice I got the best setting with a lower clock rate...

I've found that the best bet is to start at lower clock settings, and work your way up. For example, start with the 431 mhz setting with the lowest numbers across the board. If that runs stable without any problems, move up to another 431 mhz setting with higher numbers, etc. Once 431 is solid, move up to 472, and so on.
