These are sweet little keyboards made by Chainpus, with a dedicated number key. Comes with batteries and case.
I just got two of thes from Brando,HK last week. One for me and one for my partner. He changed his mind before it arrived so I am left with an extra.
Brando sells it for $99, I will take $90 and ship it free to the continental U.S.
