There is a company out there called Perlego that offers OTA (over the air) backup and restore services for Pocket PC's, smartphones, and other operating systems. I bought their service which you can trial but i dont know the link, but i lost my phone and all my data when i was in Denmark earlier this year and was completely screwed. It restores all of the settings as well including email etc. etc.. It has saved my ass a couple of times.
