One comes with Worldmate and one doesn't, and one comes in a plain box versus a pretty retail box. That's about it..

Also, hardware-wise, the specifications should be the same IIRC.

the 4700 cost 30 dollars more than the 4705....so the business version 4700 has the worldmate?

thats it? It looks like the 4700 comes with more bundled software according to HP's website.

I have the 4705 from CompUSA. It has the WorldMate bundled on the CD. The purchase price was $649 USD.

This thing is fantastic....

I was told that HP uses the last digit to indicate whether the unit was purchased from a brick and mortar retail outlet (a store you physicaly walk into) or mailorder / internet purchase.

Made sense to me since I own a 4155 that was an internet purchase and a friend of mine has a 4150 that was bought at a store. There is no difference between the two and the bundled software package is the same.

Not entirely so. My h1940 seemed to lack some of the included Resco applications that the h1945 had. Either I was left out, or there are some minor differences from what I've seen.
