ipAQ 1945 Bluetooth

I am not able to send files or e-mails with my iPAQ 1945 using Bluetooth with my Bluetooth supported cell phone (SoneEricson T616). Can any one help get me connected

First off, can you use PIE on the iPAQ through Bluetooth? If so, then something about Inbox needs to be changed. If not, something about your Bluetooth or dial-up connection may need to be adjusted.
