Browsing files on desktop PC

OK, so I can browse files on my PPC from explorer on my desktop PC. Can I, in turn, use my PPC to browse files on my desktop PC while docked? Thing I'm looking to do is browse to my MP3 folder and play MP3s (It would be easier for me to plug headphones into my PDA than getting access to my ports on the PC).
