Looking for a PPC w/ CF type 1 slot.

Hi, I recently bought a digicam that uses cf 1 memory cards. I would like to get a ppc that uses cf 1 so i can use it to view pics and also as an mp3 player. Im not looking for something with a million features. Any help will be greatly appreaciated.

Welcome to the board. Just FYI, devices that support CF II also support CF I (kind of like backwards compatibility.) But, devices that only have a CF I slot (like my Jornada 568) do not support CF II, so they can't use a Microdrive or other devices that require a CF II slot. Check the Dell line. I think you should be able to find something for a reasonably low cost that has the necessary slot.

Yes. Type II slots are big enough to hold type II cards, and type I cards also fit in there.

You may be interested in the HP iPAQ h2210/2215. It can be bought for a relatively cheap price nowadays.
