Missing Dell order on X50v special

As per MSN.com link, I placed my order for an X50v with the codes to get a 30% discount on Monday. I received an order acknowledgement, with copy of my orde. Including a statement that an "order confirmation e-mail" would be sent in one business day. I received nothing.

I just got off phone with Dell. They do not have my order ANYWHERE. And since the discount is ended, I could not get the 30% “one day only” special anymore. I was told to call customer service tomorrow.

Anyone heard of this before?

I haven't heard of this before, but if you received the same acknowledgement email that I did for my order, it should say when you placed the order in the "order detail" section.

This is the first time I've ever ordered from Dell, so I don't really know how reasonable they are, but I would expect they should honour the promotion if you can show them when you placed it. Good luck.
