02 DON'T HAVE A CLUE ! ! ! ! ! !

Since Last month I have been phoning, emailing and going into 02 shops to try to get an xda IIs, but have had no luck. Three release dates have been announced, today being one of them. After phoning 6 02 shops I got these answers.

Will be in the shop in January.
Will be in the shop by the end of this month.
there is no info on the network about it.
Dont' know what you are talking about.
and 2 won't even pick up the phone.

So, after this I phoned 02 headquarters and they told even though today is the release date, that doesnt mean that the phones will be avalible today. WELL WHAT IS A RELEASE DATE? lol

So anyway, can anyone put me out of my misary? please!

hi, thanks for that, but I don't think they will have it if headquarters don't even know when they'll be in. I know what you mean about the website! 02 need to get themselfs sorted!

No I'm not, but 02's seems to be the cheapest by far. On their website they are selling it for £200 with a £19 a month contract. I am struggling to find a better deal.

If anybody knows if I can get it cheaper anywhere else please tell me!

If you go to http://www.scancom.co.uk/customer/product.php?productid=17024 you will see a great deal for a MDA III.

However, I have heard that if you buy an MDA III and it has a english ROM it has been flashed and the Warranty is invalid. Is this true of this phone?

Some good deals there. I've book marked it for when my Vodafone runs out. I doubt if Flashing ROM invalidates warranty. It didn't my iMate/XDAII.
