I'm not exactly sure what your question is, but I assume you can't hear sound from your Pocket PC? There are two things that can cause this:

1) Broken/compressed headphone jack: to see if this is the problem, try plugging in headphones. If you hear sound through the headphones, it means the audio port is broken in that the device thinks there are headphones attached even when there are none. This is a physical problem that needs repairing (try www.pocketpctechs.com).

2) A software problem: back up your data, do a hard reset, and see if you get audio. If you do, don't do a restore - you'll have to re-sync your data and re-install your apps again.
