It wouldn't let me sinc my inbox. I have outlook express 6 on my pc is that the problem? It says I need outlook 2002???

Yes that is a problem.

Install Outlook 2K2 and work with that, its a lot better then Outlook express anyway.
Every PPC comes with Outlook since you need it to sync.

Actually you don't need Outlook installed to sync. You can sync Favorites, Files, Access, Avantgo, and some third party options. You do need Outlook to sync contacts, calendar, notes, tasks, and inbox from Outlook.

ActiveSync on it's own does not support Outlook Express, only Outlook. There are third party products that will allow syncing with OE, such as Intellisync, but that is a cost, and Outlook should have come with your Axim as was mentioned.
