The X50's are 10% off right now, and getting that 50v is really tempting, but I would really prefer it to work with Nevo 2.0. I have a crapload of AV equipment that would be much more convenient to operate with Nevo, which doesn't work on my current HP 4150. The Nevo website only lists it as working with HPs, but I'd imagine it works with other PPCs. Let me know, thanks!

the program is not available for purchase. it's quite an awesome program - as I'm sure you know - but unfortunately they don't offer it anywhere.

There are other remote control programs I believe...

VITO Remote is a popular remote control program. You can find more info on the application here (http://www.vitotechnology.com/en/products/remote.html?PHPSESSID=8f675420f622dca77a6d2493f787d58f).

Total remote from Griffin is another good one. I am testing it out now. I use to be a TV remote control owner from pdawin, but there support sucks and they have a lack of updates.

NEVO also involves a chip in your device. It doesn't work without the chip I'm told.

Nevo is only availabe on selected Ipaq models and can not be installed on any other device. Nevo is not just a simple windows program, much like other programs that come with a company device like DELL's Swithcer bar and HP's ITASK
