Finding out what is using the most memory?

Is there a way to find out what is using the most memory? Mine has seemed to fluxuate (sp?) a lot in the last day or so.....I am starting to miss my Palm.....

MemMaid can do that too. Also, a program called WIMR (Where Is My RAM?). Search the forums and you'll find it.
