I downloaded real player but when I play real player videos all I get is the audio with no picture.

Also, I converted a 22mb file using windows media encoder and did it on the PPC settings that are in WMenc and it plays on my laptop but not on my pocket pc. This time I only got picture without sound. Anyone know why this would happen.

Also, is there a free tool to convert real player files to windows media or to .mpeg?

Probably the main reason why you get no video or audio is because you have encoded the file in a codec that the Pocket PC does not recognise. An example of this can be seen in the photo stories made with Microsoft Photo Story 3, as they only work in WMP10 Mobile since the codecs used are not entirely recognised by earlier versions of WMP Mobile.
