i have a Japanese version of WM2003, and unfortunately it comes with its own "version" of WIPS that i find way too cumbersome, and too slow to use...
i take a look at my brother's US-version iPAQ, and i really love the built-in SIPs...
i was wondering if the standard US-version SIPs, ie., Transcriber, Block Recognizer, etc. is available for use in non-US version?
