I'm trying. Believe me, I'm trying.

I've got a BT dongle, and I have no trouble using ActiveSync or using the internet via the ActiveSync passthrough. I would like to be able to use Resco Explorer 2003 (which I have), to navigate the files/folders on my hard disk. I'd like to be able to click on an mp3 file and have it stream into my Windows Media Mobile. I've tried mapping a network drive from Resco, but the automatic search turns up nothing.

Am I dreaming? Can this be done? I could use Windows Media Encoder to stream, but I'd like to have full control of what I'm seeing/hearing at any given moment.

Thanks for helping.

I could never get this to work, but that may be because I have a router.

Have a look here: http://home.comcast.net/~spam-target/

It is by a guy called "Peppe", and he has done up a whole set of guides on using bluetooth and the Pocket PC. Good Luck!

SOLUTION!!!!

It's hard to access a network folder when you don't have a network setup.

For anyone in the same situation as me, I solved my problem by going to Start->All Program->Accessories->Communication->Network Setup Wizard. After that it was a breeze (just right-clicked my C: drive, shared it and I was done).

File it under "Duh"...
