I don't have the rx3715, but which iPAQ(s) are you comparing it to? It has a host of features that some iPAQs do not have, yet it also lacks some features that the hx4700 has.

If you're looking for VGA, then the rx3715 won't deliver it, but otherwise, with an integrated 1.2MP camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, WM2003SE, IR, SD slot and 152MB memory...if all you're wanting is a mobile device that can deliver multimedia and PIM features, I doubt it's a product you would be unhappy with.

My husband got his about a month ago and he's happy with it. He mostly uses it for ereader and solitaire, so he hasn't used all of its features. Although the screen isn't VGA, it's a really nice bright screen -- seemed to be a lot brighter than my 5500. It also has consumer IR, if that's something you'd like. If you don't care about the camera and WM2003SE, and size is important, than I think the 4150 is amazing.

I have had mine for a week. I purchased it to replace my 5455 series after I dropped it. (HP wanted $300 to fix it) I like it. The video is much smother than the 5455. The camera does better in bright light & you have to hold it still. The battery life is much better than the 5455. So far, all the Software from my 5455 has worked on the 3715. I also prefer the smaller size. (The only feature I miss from the 5455 is the vibrate function.) I hope this helps.
