Question (Basic) ??? 4150

Hey folks! Haven't been around in a while cause I jumped to the I-700, but, now I've traded back to the IPAQ life with a 4150. Love this machine!

I forget...how do you determine the operating system on the device? Mine indicates "Version 4.20.1081(Build 13100)" . Is this WM2003?

Also, is the rom update to 1.10 worth it? Has there been any added benefit?
