Pocket PC Studios (http://www.ppcstudios.com) have released a new verion of Warlords II (http://www.ppcstudios.com/warlords2prod.shtml), which includes many new scenarios, and a desktop/PC version (though this didn't appear to come in the new install).
It's a free upgrade for existing owners, and is also available at the discounted price of $19.95US for a limited time.
I've had a quick look at the new version, and it looks pretty good. I'm also keen to try out the desktop version 8)
