sync outlook'03 with desktop and laptop via iapq???

hello,
I am a new member, have been using the site for a while but only just joined.

I have a technical question im hoping you guys can help me!

i have been searching to try and find the answer to this but have had no luck

i am using the latest version of activesync and xp pro sp2 on both computers, i have an ipaq3850 running pocketpc2002.

i can connect to both pcs but i can only sync my mail with one, i have the same mail accounts on both pc's.

is there a way around this? or any other way to sync both outlooks together without using exchange server?
I can connect with infrared,usb and network but whichever i use i get the same result.

I can tell you that you can't do it via the iPAQ. Inbox sync is restricted to one partnership.
