SD memory, Standard, Ultra II?

My local shop has Sandisk SD 1GB at $65.

Seems like a good price, no rebates or coupons, that's just the price.

I like streaming vids and music from my SDs.

I also use them for GPS maps and the like...

Would it be worth it to pay for the Ultra II or will standard be fast enough.

I am using an iPAQ 4700 if that makes any difference.
