i was wondering if anyone could point me to a wonderful notetaking software... something that is quite easy to use, but has at least the following features - outlining, setting up of notes (preferably unlimited size), able to import/export to industry formats, etc.

thanks!!!

PhatPad (http://www.phatware.com/) or PhatNotes (http://www.phatware.com/) are always good applications.

This topic was just discussed a day ago so you may want to hear what other people recommend as well. You can find this thread here. (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=33695)
