No you'll need a horse trailer (j/k!)
And I can't figure how to get it to work with Firefox. I do know that if you go straight to my site (http://etxquc.simplyonline.com) it should work. It's just the jump site (I think).

Is there any info on future expansion battery's for the x50v? I'm wondering about this becouse the x50v's battery is a rather small build in version ( aka if it's possible for a full extension like the 5800mA you have here ( but maybe lighter ... 3800mA ... )).

Argentus,
The X50 battery is in development now. We expect to have something for late November. It will begin by being a larger version of the standard and extended Dell batteries. Whether or not we'll go bigger will be decided after that.

Hmmmmm, very nice .... so we are talking 2300mA+ already. Good thing i waited & dident order the extended dell battery with it :)
Well, if Dell's shipping date's keep up like this, high chance the battery will be in people's hand's before the pda ;)

Ah, the X50 battery sounds interesting. Will it have that awful bulge that the dell battery has, or will you make a more sensible, broader, flatter extension to the back? Are you going to integrate the cover with the battery as Dell should have done? I.e. no 'cover' over the battery, but the battery taking up the whole of the back plate like previous models?

Jonathan,
I still do not have the details on the final battery yet. I would expect that it will come with its own cover. I have to wait like everyone else. But as soon as it is available, I'll et eveyone know the advantages and details.

Cheers MEF38. (It's Jonathon by the way  )
By "come with its own cover", do you mean that probably the cover will be part of the battery?
Any idea (that you can say) about timescales etc?

Jonathon (oops!),
It's hard for me to say. I know that Dell has a seperate cover on their extended battery for the X50. It might be that Mugen will follow their lead. I do not think that Mugen wiill try to reinvent the wheel with their first model for the X50. The later models (if there are any and if the demand is large enough) may change the design. But again, I can not be certain since it is still in development.

(That's Mark, by the way  )

BTW, I forgot to mention that the new 5800mAh battery for the E800/E805/E830 series PPC is now shipping and selling well. There are several non-official reviews on it already and all are positive. We will have "official" reviews on Brighthand and PPCcool.com shortly. We'll post them here once they are completed.

As soon as I sell off a few of my extra (no longer needed bits) this battery is one of the first two things I am going to buy, the other being the powered mount from Seidio.

Any battery would most likely need a separate cover, since the battery snaps in right to left and the cover top to bottom.
