Sync & Go No Workie after upgrade to WMP 10

Performed the upgrade to my Dell X30 to get Windows Media Player 10 and now Sync & Go hangs up the whole system when I start it up. Did a hard reset and re-installed everything and it still does the same thing.

Giving up for now. I'll just watch the clips through Media Player.
