I used Avantgo for offline webbrowsing, particularly to catch up on the daily news.

There are channels that are not available through AvantGo that interest me. How can I, through AvantGo, or alternative programs convert webpages for offline reading (including links)?

Thanks.

with microsoft front page you could download an entire website, then you could save it as a webfile and open it in the ppc browser.

try that an tell me how it works.

Doesn't AvantGo let you create your own channels?

Yes, it does, although the results are not always as pretty as customized channels. Instructions are on the AG site.

You might want to try out isilo (http://www.isilo.com) which is a fast, powerful reader which keeps almost all html formatting, including images and tables, intact.

Combine this with the wcc (http://www.mobileread.com) which lists hundreds os sites you can convert with silo/isilox, and you can't go wrong.
